Presley Hospitality Selected to Lead Boutique Lifestyle Hotel Development in Temecula, California

Nashville, TN — 10/30/25 — Presley Hospitality is proud to announce it has been selected by owners Sam and Anu Mohan of Bakersfield, California, to lead the development of a new boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of Temecula’s wine country.

This exciting project marks Presley Hospitality’s entry into the boutique and lifestyle segment — further expanding its footprint as a forward-thinking hotel development and management company known for integrity, results, and owner-focused execution.


Presley Hospitality will serve as the developer of record, overseeing brand selection, design direction, development, and pre-opening operations, and will have the opportunity to assume management responsibilities once the property opens.
