Greg A. Presley

Greg is a lifelong hotelier with over 39 years of hands-on experience and a reputation for turning struggling hotels into top performers. Known as “The Turnaround King,” Greg earned that title through decades of leadership with Marriott and other major brands, where he transformed underperforming assets into high-performing, profitable properties.

 

With a career built from the ground up, Greg brings real operational insight, an owner’s mindset, and a people-first leadership style. His experience spans operations, site selection, development, branding, and investment strategy—partnering with private equity firms and top hotel companies like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG.

 

Today, through Presley Hospitality, Greg delivers no-nonsense support to hotel owners focused on results—without rigid contracts, red tape, or unnecessary fees. His mission is simple:
